What is your return policy on party favors?
Our party favors are uniquely made for specific events, because they are hand crafted and one of a kind we do not accept any returns on party favors. However, if there is an issue with the party favors please let us know and we will correct it.

What is the Cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Cancellations for the bounce house rental must be made 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund, deposit are kept on all cancellations. For the Movie and picnic services, we do not provide refunds, however, we do accommodate with rescheduling a service within a 60 day period.

Is a deposit required to reserve a service?
A deposit is required to secure date and service, send us a message for deposit information. The remainder of the amount is due the day before the scheduled service.

What happens if extreme weather conditions are on the forecast the day of a service?
Weather forecast will be checked the day before your service, should it state that there will be rain, high winds, fire, etc, you will be contacted by a staff member to cancel and reschedule a service. Your service will be rescheduled for 60 days after date of cancellation.

What if the weather suddenly changes during a service?
You will be contacted immediately by a staff member and equipment will be retrieved immediately. You will then be able to reschedule for time loss within 60 days.
What are considered extreme weather conditions?
Rain, thunderstorms, floods, high winds, dust storms, excessive heat, earth quakes, etc. The Micro Occasion has the right to deem what is considered extreme weather conditions in an effort to protect all equipment and customers.
Is there a travel fee for services?
Yes, a $2.00 per mile travel fee will be applied to services that are greater than 20 miles away from area code 92504. We are currently servicing the inland empire and Orange County. However, we maybe be able accommodate other areas. Please send in a inquiry prior to booking a service to ensure we are able to set up in your area.

Can I customize a service?
Of course, all services are customizable to fit your group and occasion. Contact us to better discuss options, ideas and needs.

For the movie collections, do you provide the movies?
No, however, we do provide a Roku for streaming capabilities. You would need to log into your streaming platform with your username and password. Projector can also be connected to a laptop via HDMI.

What time are overnight rentals picked up by?
Overnight rentals are picked up the next morning between 8:00am - 9:00am.

Where can I host my outdoor movie night?
We are currently only servicing homes, either inside or outside, with the ability to plug in to an electrical connection. The projector needs electricity to power on as well as the ability to inflate all seating and would not be feasible to plug in at a park etc. Since equipment is left overnight it needs to be in a safe area to ensure there are no damages.

What is required for an outdoor movie service?
The ability to connect to an electrical connection, WIFI for the Roku and ample space for the entire setup.

What is a specialty collection?
A specialty collection is a one of a kind collection that we offer for a limited time. These collections consist of handpicked items put together to create a unique service for our customers. Every specialty collection is different and you can find distinctive pieces such as wine glasses, plates, pillows, blankets, decor etc.

How long is the bounce house rental for?
The bounce house is rented out for 6-8 hours.

Are there any weather conditions you will not set up the bounce house in?
Yes, we do not set up if winds increase to 16 miles per hour or there is a 20% chance of wind. Our number one priority is the safety of our customers.

Does someone need to be present during the bounce house delivery?
Yes, an adult of legal age must be present at the time of delivery. A signature and final walk through must occur prior to our team departing.

Why is adult supervision required while using the bounce house?
Because it is an open faced bounce house the risk of injury could be greater. A supervising adult can minimize the room for a potential accident or injury.

Can I add my own balloon garland or decor to your bounce house?
Unfortunately no, due to the potential damage of the bounce house. We do offer our own balloon garland which we would install safely.

Terms and Conditions
The Micro Occasion is not liable for any illness or injuries that could occur during a rental service. Participation of a service with the Micro Occasion is voluntary and understood that you and your guest are participating in this service at your own risk and waive the right to bring forward any legal action against The Micro Occasion. In the event of a medical emergency, you are fully responsible for any financial costs, therefore, we ask in advance that you and guests carry medical coverage during a rental service.

If extreme weather conditions arise before or during a service, you will be notified immediately from a member of our team to reschedule and/or pick up equipment immediately. The Micro Occasion has the right to deem what is considered extreme weather conditions in an effort to protect all equipment and customers. Rain, thunderstorms, floods, high winds, dust storms, excessive heat, earthquakes, etc are all considered extreme weather conditions. Weather conditions are checked weekly and daily, and you will be notified to further discuss options if extreme weather conditions are on the forecast. For the bounce house rental, if winds increase to 16 miles per hour or there is a 20% or greater chance of rain on the day of service, rental will be cancelled.
Travel fees are based on the distance from area code 92504. The first 20 miles are complimentary, after 20 miles there is a $2.00 charge per mile. We are currently only servicing areas in the inland empire and Orange County. However, we may be able to accommodate other areas. Please send an inquiry prior to booking a service to ensure we are able to set up in your area. Once we have received your service request and deposit you will receive an invoice with a due date and total due.
The safety of our equipment is extremely important and we ask that you ensure it is kept safe from damage at all times. If equipment is left overnight and set in an outdoor environment, we will provide you with a container to store away any electric/breakable items until it is picked up the next morning. Should any damage or missing items occur, you will be subject to pay for the cost of the item as well as any additional fees that apply. For any of the picnic and movie collections, we require access to electrical outlets for full set up. For the bounce house rental, please refer to the rental agreement/liability release for complete details.
All Picnic services are tailored to accommodate specific amount of people. If any additional people are added to your service without our knowledge you will be charged per additional person. Ex: If a service of 2 people is purchased and 4 people show up to the service you will be charged for 4 people. For any picnic service, we will wait for your arrival prior to our staff departing. If you and/or your guest are running late, it will cut into your scheduled service. For the bounce house/Movie rental, an adult of legal age must be present at the time of delivery. A signature and final walk through must occur prior to our team departing.
